The total area is 720m2, divided into 7 rooms of varying sizes, as shown in the diagram below:

Room types: There are three types of rooms: 15*8*4, 6*4*4, and 12*9*4. The smallest room has a temperature of -25°C, while the others maintain -18°C.

          The yellow area in the middle represents the entrance aisle of the cold storage. Each room is equipped with sliding doors, and the refrigeration units are placed outside the rooms.

For the refrigeration units, we have chosen the 20hp and 6hp Bitzer models, and the air coolers

 are DD-200 and DJ-40.

         Due to Mongolia's low temperatures, reaching as low as -25°C to -30°C in winter, we have taken special measures to ensure the refrigeration units can operate normally under such extreme cold conditions.

         This cold storage facility is used by the customer for storing beef and mutton. The large rooms can store up to 124 tons, medium-sized rooms can store 108 tons, and small rooms can accommodate 24 tons.

         To guarantee optimal cooling performance, during construction, a layer of XPS board is first laid on the ground before applying concrete. Both concrete and XPS boards are essential, except for the yellow-marked aisle in the diagram, where XPS boards are not placed.

         The PU panels are equipped with eccentric hooks for easy installation. We will provide you with a panel installation sequence diagram, which will enable you to complete the installation quickly.
